Concordance, a CARF accredited, non-profit re-entry program headquartered in St. Louis, announced today that Dr. Tiph Jones has joined Concordance as Executive Vice President, Head of Education & Employment. She will report to Chairman & CEO Danny Ludeman.
At Concordance, Dr. Jones will be responsible for leading the Education & Employment team, comprised of career coaches and career educators who provide job training and education as part of the Concordance Re-Entry Model. She will also be responsible for developing strategic relationships with local and national hiring partners as part of the Concordance Employment Agency.

Dr. Jones joins Concordance from St. Louis Community College, having recently served as their Director of Workforce & Talent Development. As Director, Dr. Jones was responsible for leading the development of comprehensive workforce training services and talent development strategies to business, labor, and community organizations. Before joining St. Louis Community College, Dr. Jones was the Director of Staff Development and Learning Solutions for the State of Maryland’s judicial system.

With over fifteen years of learning development and professional coaching experience, Dr. Jones has vast expertise in workforce development with diverse populations, training program management and development, and DEI leadership. She has proven excellence in providing ideal and engaging learning experiences for targeted groups such as justice-involved individuals, underserved youth, and historically excluded populations.
Dr. Jones earned a Master’s of Science in industrial and organizational psychology from Walden University and her Doctor of Education in organizational leadership, learning, and innovation from Wilmington University.
