Participant Graduation
On Saturday, December 3rd 2022, we held our Participant Graduation ceremony and honored our participants who have completed the program. celebrating their accomplishments.
On average, Concordance participants spend approximately 18 months moving through the five phases of the Concordance Re-Entry program. From pre-release programming through the full-time employment phase, each participant’s journey focuses on healing from trauma, reuniting with family, and securing meaningful and family-sustaining employment. At the completion of the program, participants are honored at a graduation ceremony where friends, family, and community members can celebrate their many accomplishments.
