Concordance provides reentry support to individuals returning from incarceration through locations in Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia. While services are consistent across all sites, each location works closely with local partners to support participants during their transition back into the community.

North Charleston

We’re excited to announce the continued growth of Concordance with the opening of our newest center in North Charleston, South Carolina. This expansion represents another step forward in our mission to reduce reincarceration rates through our holistic, evidence-informed re-entry program.
