Creating Brighter Futures, Together

At Concordance, we believe every person deserves the chance to heal, rebuild, and thrive. Since 2016, we have served nearly 2,800 participants, and our comprehensive model is proven to lower reincarceration rates. By focusing on behavioral health and wellness, education and employment, and community and life skills, we are helping people create safer, stronger futures for themselves and their communities. Behind every number is a person working hard to write a new chapter in life — and our impact grows with each participant we serve.

Stories of Change, in Their Own Words

The journey to re-entry is not easy. Many participants describe years caught in cycles of addiction, incarceration, and missed opportunities with their families. What makes the difference is support — people who believe in them, walk alongside them, and provide tools to heal and rebuild.
