Team Member Spotlight: Erik Rasmussen

This summer I had the opportunity to work with Concordance, a non-profit focused on reducing recidivism for individuals post-incarceration. Concordance uses a holistic model that provides 12 essential services which significantly improve the odds that these individuals can successfully re-integrate into society. Their mission inspired me, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to make a small impact on a societal issue that has affected millions of lives, including my own.
