Danny Ludeman

Founder and Former Chair

Danny Ludeman previously served as CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he grew revenue from $300 million to $10 billion. After retirement, he followed a spiritual calling to serve others and founded Concordance. Danny was a visionary leader who set long-term goals to address some of society’s biggest challenges and brought together key leaders to carry that vision forward.

He was active in civic and industry affairs and pursued a divinity degree at Covenant Seminary. In June 2024, he stepped away from Concordance to focus on his family after a pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Danny passed away on March 9th, 2025. His legacy lives on in the countless lives transformed through Concordance and in the continued work of the organization he founded.
