Angie Peters is the Chief Development Officer at Concordance, where she oversees marketing, communications, and development. She brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, with a strong focus on building a culture of philanthropy, leading strategic fundraising efforts, and sharing compelling stories that connect people to mission-driven work.

Angie is passionate about advancing Concordance’s impact through innovative strategies and meaningful engagement with supporters. Her expertise spans comprehensive fundraising strategy, campaign management, and organizational growth, all grounded in a commitment to strengthening communities.

Prior to joining Concordance, Angie served as Vice President of Growth and Development at the Regional Arts Commission, where she led initiatives to strengthen and diversify revenue and elevate the organization’s visibility. She also held leadership roles with organizations including the Gateway Region YMCA, YMCA of Greater Seattle, Tampa Metropolitan YMCA, and independent YMCAs in Decatur and Lincoln, Illinois. She has also contributed her expertise to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the Decatur Area Arts Council, and the Decatur Public Schools Foundation.

Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
