John Moramarco

John Moramarco is the Assistant Vice President of Business Operations and Finance at Concordance, where he provides leadership across Finance, IT, Real Estate & Facilities, and Security, ensuring alignment and strategic direction across these essential operational areas. He brings a strong background in nonprofit finance and a deep understanding of Concordance’s mission and work, having previously served with the organization from 2017 to 2024 as Senior Director of Finance.

John is committed to supporting organizational effectiveness and ensuring that Concordance’s operations align with its long-term vision. His experience spans financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, all grounded in a dedication to strengthening systems that support individuals and communities.

Prior to his current role, John served as Director of Finance at Rise Community Development, where he continued to build on his experience leading financial operations within mission-driven organizations. Earlier in his career, John worked as a drug abuse counselor, an experience that continues to shape his commitment to supporting individuals in recovery.

John holds a B.A. in Slavic Languages & Literature from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Western Governors University.
